KEEP IT SAFE & CLEAN

Let’s keep The Bloom House safe & clean !!

Strictly NO SMOKING inside the house. An ashtray is provided in the back patio.

When you leave the house to have a meal, do some sightseeings or see other human beings, please make sure that the stove/oven and iron are turned off to avoid fire, and that the water is shut off in the bathroom and kitchen.

PETS

Pets are allowed to stay at the Bloom House (free of charge). Please do not let your dogs/pets pee in the backyard/patio as guests sit there. Please use the front & side yards to walk and/or relieve your pets. Please always pick up after them.

We are in the middle of a landscaping project in the side area that we currently designate as ‘dog area’, the side by the Plumeria tree (on Lancaster St). The City of Boca Raton recently replaced the old pipes and upgraded the water pressure (took months before it happened). We are just waiting for our gardener (who’s on vacation right now) to put a new sprinkler system so that we can make the side area beautiful. It’s a little disheveled but it’s a temporary issue. It does not affect the interior and front yard.

PARTY NOISE

We understand that you may want to invite friends and family. If you’ll throw a dinner or lunch party, make sure that you follow and respect the quiet hours (10pm - 8 am) and please keep the place neat and tidy.

The front yard has a generous parking space to accommodate a few cars.

We are not responsible for any accident and/or loss of your belongings.

Please keep the noise down between the hours of 10pm - 8am.

TOILET

Please do NOT flush non-biodegradable materials such as sanitary napkins, any plastic materials, toilet rolls and papers down the toilet to avoid blockage or clogging of the toilet. There is a garbage bin next to the toilet bowl, use it. The toilet plunger is in the laundry room, feel free to use it if needed.

CHECK OUT

Please turn the AC off (the thermostat is on the wall next to the full length mirror).

Please turn the lights and fans off.

Please make sure that the stove and oven are off.

Please make sure that the water in the bathroom, kitchen and backyard is shut off.

For your safety, the last 2 apply when you're staying at the Bloom House (not just for check out). It is very important in order to avoid fire and flooding.

We do not expect you to put the garbage outside, we will take care of that. We will also strip the bedsheets, pillow cases, blankets, comforters and wash everything. We also wash all the rugs in the bathroom, kitchen and laundry room. We do general cleaning every after guests.

EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT ?

Early check in and late check out are allowed depending if the place is clean and vacant prior to your check in or unbooked on the day of your check out. Late check out is subject to additional charge of $15 for 2 hours, $20 for 3 hours. For early check in, 12 noon is the earliest we can offer (free of charge) and there will be extra fees for super early check in, 9am is $25, 10am is $20. We do get last minute booking on the day so we cannot promise any late check out. We will update you. Keep communicating with us on the day.

ULTRA SENSITIVE?

If you’re ultra sensitive, be aware that there’s a train line (distance wise) about 2 blocks away but if you look at our reviews, most people are unaffected and that the guests we spoke to in person told us that they hardly notice it from inside of the house.
