THE BLOOM HOUSE

Our house was designed with you in mind to give you a comfortable stay in one of the safest cities in Florida.

Guests will enjoy the 2 bedroom bungalow with their own kitchen, living room, laundry, bathroom, backyard/patio and front yard with their own parking space which can accommodate a few vehicles (of any size including RVs). We have motion tracking security cameras outside the house. Nothing inside the house, of course, because that would be weird 😄 and your privacy is of utmost importance. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and has 4 beds (Queen, Murphy Full Bed and 2 twin beds).

A brand new centralized AC was recently installed. Please NO smoking inside the house. An ashtray is provided in the back patio.

We use August smart lock in our rental property. For your safety, we prefer not to provide keys as they can be copied. This way only the current guests have access to the door lock. We will send you a link so you can download the August app. Please make sure that the app's bluetooth on your phone is on. Any issues during your stay, feel free to reach out to us anytime. We respond promptly and live 7 mins away from the Bloom House.

THE LIVING ROOM

The living room and kitchen-dining room is an open concept area.

We provide the following for your comfort.

L-shaped sofa with throw pillows and blankets

65-inch Smart TV with a remote control. Streaming services such as Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Live TV channels, Xumo Play, Tubi, Pluto TV, PBS Kids TV are provided. Just login into your other TV apps such as Disney, Prime etc. Log out on your own TV app when checking out.

Alexa Echo - "Alexa, play some jazz music." 😄

There is a Murphy (full size) bed in the living room which serves as a fourth bed. The bed sheet and comforter are in the cupboard next to the bathroom and the pillows are in bedroom #1 closet. The murphy bed is completely tucked in when not in use. Gently pull the handles down to open the bed. To close, pull the lock in the right corner towards you until you hear it click then slowly push it towards the wall.

The switches for the front door and living room lights and the remote control for the fan and light are on the right hand side of the wall as soon as you enter the main door.

Complimentary tea bags, K-cup coffee, sugar, popcorn, red wine (for aged 21 and over) are provided on your arrival.

The pots, pans, salad spinners, chopping boards, baking trays, cutlery etc. are in the cabinet and/or drawers. Salt, pepper, cooking oil etc are in the cabinet above the sink. There are some small packets of soy sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise etc in the fridge.

The kitchen is equipped with a combo CO2 & fire detector. The fire extinguisher is located on the shelf by the sink.

The cleaning solutions are in the cabinet under the sink and for your children and pets safety, we placed a childproof security lock. Feel free to unlock it and use any of the cleaning solutions. The dishwashing and hand soaps are next to the tap on the sink. The dishwashing detergent pods are in the drawer next to the dishwasher. Extra garbage bags are under it. Extra kitchen roll is under the cutlery drawer.

The light switches in the kitchen are labeled and found next to the kitchen garbage bin.

THE BEDROOM # 1

This bedroom has a queen bed, a smart TV with a remote control, and USB ports on both bedside tables. Netflix, HBO Max, and Peacock are provided.

The spare bed & fitted sheets and pillow cases are in the cupboard opposite the bedroom.

THE BEDROOM # 2

This bedroom has 2 twin beds, a smart TV with TV & Roku remote controls, and USB ports. Netflix, HBO Max and Roku Live TV are provided.

The spare bed & fitted sheets and pillow cases are also in the cupboard next to the bathroom.

The first aid kit (hydrogen peroxide and 70% isopropyl alcohol as disinfecting agents, and band aids/plaster) is in the medicine cabinet.

The front yard has a generous parking space which can accommodate any size vehicles including an RV.

EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT ?

Early check in and late check out are allowed depending if the place is clean and vacant prior to your check in or unbooked on the day of your check out. Late check out is subject to additional charge of $15 for 2 hours, $20 for 3 hours. The first hour is free so latest check out would be 12 noon. For early check in, 12 noon is the earliest we can offer (free of charge) and there will be extra fees for super early check in, 9am is $25, 10am is $20. We do get last minute booking on the day so we cannot promise any late check out. We will update you. Keep communicating with us on the day.

LEFT SIDE YARD

The left side of the property (🌻L<🏡>R🌴) is a locked fully fenced private garden (undone) of the owner with its own separate entrance. Dr. Cherrie, the host doesn’t go to their garden when they have guests and if she needs to water the plants, it would only take her a few minutes then she leaves right away. Don’t worry, no one will bother you. We want you to have a relaxing stay.
